Great Buffer, very nice finish and works like dream in spite of Tech supports advice. But then again they weren't i the mood to hear anything I had to say.

Product works great. It is probably the best Buffer I've ever had. It has a very strong and slick finish. Very high quality made Buffer. I understand to most a Buffer is a Buffer is a Buffer. But the quality of finish is very important to me. And PWS has done a great job. My only complaint is the Tech support staff. I called to get information and advice on which Buffer to purchase and I was shocked at how rude the Tech was. Was not given the uninterrupted chance to describe describe my build and then ask for advice. I was constantly interrupted by the Tech and never given the chance to ask for comparisons. Great parts, rude Techs. Just because you have a great product i doesn't mean that you will stay in business if you are rude and don't listen. You aren't the only quality outfit to choose from. Be a little more polite, it pays off in the long run run.
