If you are not able to find answers in the above resources, please contact us.  Email is the preferred method of contact, as it accurately captures detail, provides a written record to refer to, and allows photos and videos to be sent.  If you prefer to call, please leave a voicemail message.  Emails are typically answered more quickly, but voicemails are also typically answered within one business day during the work week.

After contacting PWS if it is necessary to return a product for service you will be asked to start a RMA ticket at the link below. Most repairs can be completed in 5-10 business days dependent on the availability of any necessary repair or replacement parts. Once we have received your PWS product we will update the RMA ticket with all updates and notifications regarding your RMA and it’s status as they become available. Due to the extremely high volume of phone calls company wide, and to better serve our customers, we may not answer all phone calls.  Our goal is to reply within one business day to email correspondence made through the RMA site.
